sustainability institute
spring 2024
Spring semester I had the opportunity to design graphics and documents for Ohio State's Sustainability Institute. This was a very rich experience that taught me a lot about the design process in a work setting, as well as learning professional skills on how to cater to a client's needs and asks. I worked within the Ohio State branding guidelines for the most part, which was both a challenge and a good basis for my work.
otdi/university records collaboration
In an effort to reduce the carbon footprint produced by university data storage, I created a series of infographics about the cost of hoarding old data. Pictured below are various formats of similar graphics to be displayed in a variety of places digitally and on campus.

six dimensions graphic
A graphic many SI faculty hold dear is the six dimensions graphic, illustrating the interconnectedness of each facet of sustainability education. I was given the opportunity to refresh the graphic this semester, giving me a good experience creating multiple iterations of the same concept for a client.

earth day donut handouts / poster
For an Earth Day tabling event, I was tasked with creating a small front/back handout explaining the idea of Doughnut Economics, as well as creating a simple poster visitors could write on. I also recreated an existing doughnut economics graphic in a more cohesive style for the handouts.

rumpke poster collaboration
For this collaboration, I created a set of two posters for Rumpke to hang in one of their recycling facilities to encourage partnership between Ohio State and Rumpke.
