This project leaned heavily on creating in the isometric perspective, but also seemed to combine most skills we learned this semester. I drastically expanded my knowledge of Illustrator, which had to be my favorite part of any of our projects so far. We were allowed three hues, which introduced color theory to our work, exploring how colors not only convey an emotion but also how they interact with one another. I also worked extensively on the lighting of the room depicted, and while I wanted it to look dreamy and unrealistic, I also wanted the light to function realistically, which was a challenge for me, especially creating digitally. In the end, this project showed me a lot about not only isometric perspective and digital creation, but also broadened my skills in the realms of color theory and scene creation.
